AARP Smart DriverTEK FREE Classes teach attendees Auto Tech. The 90 minute workshops in Henderson and Las Vegas Nevada have been taught by MyCarlady’ Sarah Lee Marks for over a year. “I have personally taught hundreds of Clark County residents and AARP members. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO TAKE THIS FREE SMART DRIVERTEK CLASS,” Sarah explains. “All the trained-volunteer instructors provide this critical information for FREE. We cover Lane Departure Warning versus Lane Departure Keeping and much more. The different car brands label Lane Departure technology by unique names: Lane Departure Keeping versus Lane Departure Assist, you need to know this. Most important, you need to know how it feels in the steering of the car. Clients have said it can be a nudge or vibration but others have said it ‘pulls the wheel out of your hands’ if you are not prepared.”

Emergency Mitigation Braking is a big feature which will become standard in all cars by the next decade, while most cars have it as a standard feature in their higher priced models.Forward Emergency Braking or Collision Mitigation work differently on each model.
