They communicated with us regularly, checked in with the DMV daily and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. I don’t even know where to start as I don’t have the proper words or vocabulary to express how truly amazing my experience with Sarah was. I purchased my vehicle... read more 2.5 years ago out of state. I then paid my car off May of 2021. Since then, I have had no luck tracking down the title to my vehicle and agonized over who to contact or what to do. I called the dealership, the bank that had my loan, the DMV. No one had an answer or any bit of direction for me. I all but gave up. DMV had no record of my title, and everyone else kept point the finger. Suddenly I got a call from Sarah Lee and she had received my title to clear it….and that she did. She did all the research, made all the calls and 5 days later, I had my Title at my front door in a fed ex envelope. She went above and beyond to get this taken care of for me and made sure it didn’t get lost in the system again.
