Automotive Life Skills Teen Driver Education Clinics start November 22nd The Boys and Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada hosts Automotive Life Skills Free driver education clinics. Future and current 14-21 year old Las Vegas teen drivers and their parents are invited to attend.

“Learner’s permit, graduated driver’s license or pre-driving teens should attend this free driver education clinics”–professional driving instructor.
The clinic features experts in Driver Safety, Emergency Road skills and car care.  Nevada Highway Patrol, LVMetro, CCSD School Police and law professionals will discuss legal rights and responsibilities. Proper drive and stop enforcement procedures will be addressed. Race car and certified, automotive technicians will provide hands on, interactive emergency and scheduled car care. These fun, interactive, driver education activities include teens participating in flat-tire changing, live “drunk driver” and defensive driving simulations, and team skill building challenges. jason reichert teen driver clinic Henderson teen racing sensation driver Jason Reichert (#33 for Huddy Motor Sports) will bring his perspective on driving safely on the road and track.

The 4 hour driver education course is held on school holiday and vacation days, at a local clubhouse. Free transportation will be provided from area clubhouses to the event location.

Parents come learn how to save on teen driver insurance premiums.

The James Clubhouse kick-off on November 22nd, from noon to 4:00 pm includes fun, food and prizes including the opportunity to win a new tablet.  Attendees will receive a certificate of completion and access to private driving events through out the school year.
